How does prepayment work?
For Professional, Corporate, and International tiers, you prepay a minimum amount that covers participant fees. For example, $4,500 prepaid covers 300 people in a 2-week corporate challenge ($15 each). Any unused credits can be applied to future events.
Can participants pay their own fees?
Yes, in Self-Serve races, participants pay their own registration fees when they sign up. Higher tiers require prepayment for enhanced features and support.
What if I need a custom duration?
Custom race durations are always possible - whether 6 hours, 17 days, or 2 years! We'll work with you to find the right pricing for your unique needs.
Do you offer discounts for large organizations?
Yes, Corporate and International tiers include discounted per-participant fees. Contact us for volume pricing on events with 1,000+ participants.
How do charity fundraising fees work?
